Global Talent Programme Overview

Work internationally in a dynamic environment, gaining vital professional and personal skills.
Our internship programs range from 6-18 months in length.
Each internship program includes a monthly stipend designed to cover accommodation, food, and other in-country living expenses.
A programme fee of €620 is payable only after being accepted to your preferred program, which covers ongoing support before, during and after your experience. While you are abroad, you will have a contact in the local AIESEC entity for support throughout your stay.
International internship programs typically require a degree (aside from language teaching programs), experience in the field, and knowledge of a foreign language. Don’t have a one of these qualifications? Feel free to contact us to see what your international internship options are.

What We Offer

Language Education
Help others gain access to more opportunities by developing their language skills. AIESEC offers language education positions in a variety of settings, with students ranging from age six to adult.

Once you’ve registered on the Opportunities Portal, you will be paired with a member of AIESEC in Ireland that will assist you during your search for an international internship, ensuring that you find the perfect programme.

Interview

Upon finding a match, we can start the process of organising interviews and putting things in place for your internship. When you have been accepted to a programme, you may pay the €620 fee and officially confirm your placement.

Congratulations, you’re on your way! A member of AIESEC in Ireland will be available to you during your entire experience, before, during, and after your programme, to answer any questions you have and assist you with any concerns.
