Being a part of AIESEC means joining a massive community of globally-minded young leaders. Members of AIESEC are people who want to grow their own potential while contributing to something much greater than themselves. Joining as a member means that you are taking part in running one of the largest NGOs in the world as a student. We give you immediate responsibilities so you can learn by doing and step outside your comfort zone. If you’re keen on activating your potential and contributing to a mission that changes the world, then we’re looking for you. Start as a Team Member
Become a member of AIESEC and you will have the opportunity to help run an international NGO while completing your studies.
By getting actively involved in the day-to-day running of AIESEC, you will develop your communication and business skills while growing a network of professional, international contacts.
Lead Others as a Team Leader
After a short while working within your local AIESEC Chapter, take on a leadership role in your chapter or in one of 120+ countries around the world.
By taking responsibility for the continued success of AIESEC, you will gain practical experience, build your resume, develop a keen sense of purpose, and enhance your self-awareness.

In AIESEC, you learn by doing, and this is a major factor of personal and professional development. Being part of a society that wants nothing other than positive change has been a hugely fulfilling experience and enhanced my CV significantly. I have learned how to sell and negotiate, recruit people, manage/lead teams, manage projects and work in an international environment.
It has been fun, challenging and I have gained an entire new network of friends.

I volunteered abroad with AIESEC last summer, and from the moment I arrived home I knew I wanted to become an on-campus member too, providing students with the same life-changing adventure that I had just experienced. For this reason, I joined the Outgoing Exchange team in Trinity, and had my best year of college yet – I learned so many useful skills for the future, and gained a huge network of close friends, all while knowing that I was playing my small part in creating a better world.

AIESEC stretched me to become the best version of myself while giving me first hand experience in leading diverse teams. AIESEC allows me to travel, learn from cultural differences, and gain a business perspective, which my college degree couldn’t provide. Overall, AIESEC is making me better prepared for what the future holds and better able to understand the role I play in making the world a better place.
